Austin Food & Wine Festival Giveaway 2026 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Austin Food & Wine Festival Giveaway 2026 is sponsored by ATX Holy Ranch Spirits LLC, PO Box 170614, Austin, TX 78717.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside Texas and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins when the giveaway landing page is made available and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 18, 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official giveaway entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

5. Prize

One winner will receive two weekend passes to the Austin Food & Wine Festival, scheduled for November 6-8, 2026, in Austin, Texas.

Approximate retail value of the prize: $560.

Prize consists only of the items expressly listed above. Transportation, lodging, meals, parking, taxes, fees, and any other expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 19, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 48 hrs, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor will select an alternate winner on or about October 21, 2026. 

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Marketing Consent

Entrants may be asked whether they would like to receive marketing communications from RANCH 75. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not increase the chances of winning. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications according to the instructions provided in those communications.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial and city in connection with the giveaway. Any additional use of the winner’s photograph, likeness or testimonial will require the winner’s separate permission.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical, network, computer, hardware, software, or transmission errors.

11. Release

To the extent permitted by law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

12. No Affiliation

Austin Food & Wine Festival and its related entities are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Giveaway. All festival names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner, and, where consent is provided, send marketing communications from RANCH 75.
